Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Update 3 Set for Next Week, Will Bring Important Fixes as Well as Nvidia DLSS 4 Support

Author : Peyton Feb 23,2025

Bethesda's upcoming Update 3 for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is scheduled for release next week, bringing a host of improvements and fixes. A preview tweet highlights the inclusion of Nvidia DLSS 4, encompassing Multi-Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction.

While complete patch notes are pending, the update is anticipated to address several critical bugs plaguing the game since its December launch. Bethesda previously indicated February's update would enhance graphics and resolve issues preventing some players from achieving 100% completion and from navigating certain environments in Sukhothai (e.g., vine climbing, squeezing through walls). The extent to which these specific issues are resolved remains to be seen.

Released on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny has already attracted 4 million players and received widespread critical acclaim, including three D.I.C.E. Awards. A PlayStation 5 version is slated for spring.

Harrison Ford, the iconic Indiana Jones himself, commented on Troy Baker's portrayal of the character, stating that Baker's performance demonstrates that "you don't need artificial intelligence to steal my soul." In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Ford expressed his satisfaction with Baker's performance, emphasizing the talent and creative vision behind it.
