Royal Petrol Rate : 4.1

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, introduces its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases at Royal Petrol stations and Continent mini-markets with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

A Participant is any individual, 14 years or older (or a minor legally permitted to conduct small household transactions in Kazakhstan), possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number, registered in the program according to these rules.

The Participant Questionnaire collects personal information required for program registration. By completing the questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to data processing (under Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection") for advertising and informational purposes via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, mail, and automated systems, including database creation. This consent can be revoked in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible through the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Mobile Application, owned by Royal Petrol LLP, is available for iOS and Android devices.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as defined by the program. 1 Bonus equals 1 Kazakhstani tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol stations.

The Program Participant's Bonus account records accrued and redeemed Bonuses, showing the current balance.
