- b. You might have a VIU user that hasn't been activated or lacks the necessary permissions. This typically results in a blank page within the app.
- c. Your session might have been terminated. User sessions are ended at specific intervals. To resolve this, tap the authority button in the top right corner to log out, and then log back in.
