The court ruling has asked Google to give rival third-party app stores access to the full catalogue of Google Play apps and distribute third-party stores for three whole years (from November 1st, 2024 to November 1st, 2027). That’s unless developers pull out individually. So, What’s The Big Deal With The New Xbox App On Android?Currently, there’s an Xbox app available on Android that lets you download games to your Xbox consoles. And for those with Game Pass Ultimate, stream games from the cloud. But from November, you’ll be able to directly purchase games through the app. We’ll get a clearer picture of what Xbox is bringing to the table with their new app once November arrives.
