Acquisition Process:

Silvergale's Aria is unlocked through a multi-stage questline. It's not readily accessible; you must progress through the main storyline of version 1.0 and subsequently unlock the "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" world quest (update 1.1). Access this quest via the "U" key, then navigate to the World tab.
