Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's Pity System Explained: Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners?
In Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG with gacha elements developed by Sunborn, the question of pity counter carryover between banners is a common one. The short answer is: yes, for limited banners.
Your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. This means progress made on a previous limited banner, such as the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners during global launch, accumulates across both. If you're close to pity on one, you can switch to the other and still benefit. This carryover applies to all future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. However, this pity progress does not transfer to standard banners.
While a hard pity is reached at 80 pulls, a soft pity begins at 58 pulls. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances gradually increase until hard pity is reached.
