Crunchyroll's Game Vault Expands with 15 New Titles and Unreleased DLC

Crunchyroll Game Vault, the subscription-based gaming service for Mega and Ultimate Fan members, is significantly expanding its library this month. The update includes 15 new games, bringing a diverse range of titles to the platform. Highlights include Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Dawn of the Monsters, Evan's Remains, and the critically acclaimed Crypt of the NecroDancer.

A key feature of this update is the inclusion of all previously unreleased DLC for Crypt of the NecroDancer. The Crunchyroll Game Vault offers ad-free and in-app purchase-free gaming, providing unlimited access to its library for subscribers. Many titles are exclusive to the mobile platform through this service.

Expanding beyond traditional action and RPG titles, Crunchyroll is partnering with Mages to introduce visual novels to the platform. Terry Li, EVP of Emerging Business at Crunchyroll, stated, "Bringing visual novels to Crunchyroll’s game lineup is another example of how we super-serve our fans with entertainment that deepens their love of anime. Like manga, visual novels are a source material for hit anime and often expand on beloved series. It is important to offer that content to our audience as part of their membership."

This latest expansion builds upon previous additions such as Hime's Quest, Thunder Ray, Ponpu, and Yuppie Psycho. For those not interested in the subscription model, Crunchyroll Games also publishes free-to-play titles like Street Fighter: Duel.

The popular One Punch Man: World is also available, and Pocket Gamer offers a review, tier list, codes, and a beginner's guide for players.
