Begin by creating a male character in Japan. While the specific city is inconsequential, having the "Athleticism" special talent (available with the premium pack) will significantly ease the volleyball captaincy quest.

2. Volleyball Victory:

Once your character begins school, actively participate in extracurricular activities to boost athleticism. Join the volleyball team via the School > Activities menu. Regularly select "Practice Harder" within the same menu to enhance your skills and increase your odds of becoming captain. Patience and a bit of in-game luck are key here.

3. From Foe to Friend:

Befriend a classmate. Then, navigate to the Relationships section, select their profile, and designate them as an "Enemy." To mend the rift, consistently gift them presents until your relationship improves.
