Rocksteady Studios has released the final major content update for its live-service title, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Released in February 2024 to mixed reception, the game's live-service model contributed to its relatively short lifespan. After only ten months, Rocksteady announced on December 9, 2024, that Season 4 Episode 8 would be the last. The decision, while unsurprising given the negative feedback, ensures continued online functionality for players.
