You can now walk into a world where the skies are full of adventure, and you find yourself among the Moomins. The Moomins are making their debut in thatgamecompany’s Sky: Children of the Light, bringing some magic with them.The Season of Moomin starts today, October 14th, and runs all the way to December 29th. You probably know the Moomins from the books by Finnish author Tove Jansson. You can now experience almost similar heartwarming moments of Moomins and Moominvalley in Sky: Children of the Light.So, What’s In Store?The spotlight is on Ninny, aka ‘The Invisible Child.’ She’s going through some tough stuff—dealing with fears, learning how to be confident and finding herself again. You get to help Ninny find her way back to being visible. Each week, a new chapter of her story unfolds.When you jump into Moominvalley, your character takes on the form of a butterfly, guiding Ninny through a colourless, shadowy world. The more progress you make, the more colours get restored. By the end, everything is vibrant and alive again.As you explore, you’ll meet the Moomins and other characters right in Sky: Children of the Light. From Moomintroll to Snufkin. You can even deck out your Sky child with new Moomin-themed outfits.There’s also a bunch of other items you can unlock throughout the season, including capes, hairstyles and instruments. You can grab some limited-time collaboration accessories during the season too.
