Pokémon GO World Championships Twitch Drops and Exclusive Timed Research Up for Grabs!

The Pokémon GO World Championships 2024, running from August 16 to August 18, 2024, will be offering a slew of exciting exclusive rewards and Twitch drops over the event weekend, including up to three redeemable codes. In addition to the global festivities and events taking place in Honolulu, Pokémon trainers worldwide have the opportunity to get special in-game rewards by tuning into the event’s official Twitch live stream.

How to Get Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 Twitch Drops

Trainers can earn exclusive Twitch Drops by watching 30 minutes of the Pokémon GO live stream on Twitch during the World Championships (any time on Day 1, Day 2, or Day 3 of the event). Additionally, you must also connect your Twitch account to your Pokémon Trainer Club account. It's important to note that minimizing the stream window will pause the Twitch Drop progress timer.

How to Claim Twitch Drops
After watching half an hour of the event's stream, you will be prompted via a pop-up in Twitch chat indicating that you may claim your reward. You can claim these over at the Twitch Drops Inventory Page on the platform. You may also find your code rewards in the View Inventory page on rewards.pokemon.com. These codes are valid until August 26, 2024, at 11:59PM UTC.

These codes can be redeemed for exclusive Timed Research tasks that grant unique rewards:
