The Golden Idol Returns: Netflix Unveils "The Rise of the Golden Idol"

The iconic golden idol from the 18th century is back, but this time, it's 1970s! Netflix has released "The Rise of the Golden Idol," a sequel to "The Case of the Golden Idol," surprisingly sooner than anticipated.

This installment trades the 1700s for the groovy 1970s, three centuries after the events of its predecessor. Think disco, bell-bottoms, and the nascent days of fax machines.

Unraveling the Mystery

Three centuries after the original Cloudsley family saga, the legendary golden idol has become a whispered myth. Yet, its reappearance sparks intense interest from a diverse cast of characters: relic hunters, cultists seeking enlightenment, and a team of scientists. As the investigator, you must connect the bizarre events surrounding the relic's return.

"The Rise of the Golden Idol" features 20 cases, ranging from disturbing to supernatural. Examine evidence, identify culprits, and uncover their motives. Suspects include suspicious prisoners, eccentric talk show hosts, and corporate figures with hidden agendas.
