Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1
Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! NetEase Games has unveiled exciting new content arriving on January 10th at 1 AM PST with Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls. This includes the highly anticipated addition of the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, alongside new maps, a fresh game mode, and a brand-new battle pass.
A recent gameplay trailer showcases Invisible Woman's unique abilities. She's classified as a Strategist, utilizing attacks that damage foes while simultaneously healing allies. Her kit includes a knockback to control distance, temporary invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting ranged attacks.
Also featured in recent gameplay footage is Mister Fantastic, a Duelist with unique stretching attacks and the ability to increase his durability. His blend of high health and offensive capabilities makes him a compelling addition to the roster.
While Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman debut in Season 1, Human Torch and The Thing will arrive later in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch. NetEase Games has confirmed that full seasons will span roughly three months.
Season 1 will feature Dracula as the primary antagonist. While some players anticipated the arrival of Blade, his inclusion has been postponed. Despite this, the overall excitement for the new content remains high, with fans eagerly awaiting future updates.
