Getting Your Horse Back in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

You can reclaim your original horse, Pebbles, from the horse trader in Semine. However, this isn't a simple task. You'll need to either pay him, persuade him, or intimidate him into relinquishing Pebbles. During my playthrough, aligning with Radovan the blacksmith and acquiring finer clothing helped convince the trader to release Pebbles without payment, though it did slightly impact my reputation. If persuasion fails, prepare to pay the required Groschen.
How to Steal a Horse
Alternatively, you can acquire a horse by stealing one. Wild horses are rare; your best bet is to find them on farms or in stables. This carries the risk of being caught by the owners.

A good location to try is Vidlak Pond in the west. The fishermen's farmhouse there has two horses. Simply mount one and ride away. Afterwards, visit the Nomads' Camp east of Vidlak Pond. The horse trainer there can teach you how to saddle and tame your newly acquired steed, though you'll need to pay for his services. Alternatively, you can forgo this step and ride the horse as is.
