Hell is Us: Dark World, Unique Gameplay Revealed

Rogue Factor and Nacon have released an extensive new trailer for their upcoming game, Hell is Us. Clocking in at nearly seven minutes, this gameplay showcase highlights key features, including exploration of a war-torn landscape, engaging character interactions, challenging puzzle elements, and the thrill of uncovering hidden secrets.

Hell is Us is a third-person action-adventure game set in a country devastated by civil war and a mysterious catastrophe that has unleashed terrifying supernatural creatures. A unique aspect of the game is the complete absence of traditional HUD elements like maps, compasses, or quest markers. Players must rely on their instincts, observation skills, and the clues gathered from non-player characters as they navigate the semi-open world.

Players control Remy, who utilizes a drone for strategic planning and employs a specialized arsenal of weapons designed to combat the horrific chimeras he encounters. The trailer emphasizes the game's dark and atmospheric setting, intense sword and drone combat, and a compelling narrative exploring themes of violence and the complex spectrum of human emotion.

Hell is Us is set to launch on September 4, 2025, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
