Hearthstone Is Dropping Its Biggest Mini-Set with Heroes of StarCraft

Get ready for an epic invasion! Hearthstone's The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set: Heroes of StarCraft arrives January 21st, bringing iconic StarCraft factions and a host of quests and challenges.

The Biggest Mini-Set Yet!

Prepare for a massive influx of cards! This Mini-Set dwarfs its predecessors, boasting a whopping 49 cards—a record for Hearthstone. This includes 4 Legendary, 1 Epic, 20 Rare, and 24 Common cards. It's not just bigger; it's more diverse too!

Each StarCraft faction contributes 5 multi-class cards, with the formidable Grunty as a special neutral addition.

Unlock the Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set by opening The Great Dark Beyond Hearthstone packs, or grab the complete 94-card set directly for 2500 Gold (or the all-Golden version for 12,000 Gold).

Spotlight on the Factions

  • Zerg: Swarm the board and overwhelm your opponents with this faction's Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock cards, led by the iconic Sarah Kerrigan. Perfect for players who love generating token armies.

  • Protoss: Led by High Templar Artanis, the Protoss faction (Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue) focuses on powerful, high-cost cards that become progressively cheaper, enabling explosive turns.

  • Terran: Join Jim Raynor and his Paladin, Shaman, and Warrior allies. This faction introduces Starship synergies, allowing you to launch multiple Starships per game, culminating in the highlight: a redesigned Battlecruiser with the new Mech minion type.
