Chapter 6 Season 2 is packed with fresh content, including a new Battle Pass, weapons, vehicles, NPCs, and revamped map locations. Both free-to-play and paid players can enjoy a variety of rewarding challenges. In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through how to conquer all the quests in the "Wanted: Midas" storyline with ease. Let's get started!

What are Midas Quests in Fortnite?

The "Wanted: Midas" storyline is split into six engaging stages. Most quests are straightforward and won't take hours to complete. However, if you haven't yet obtained the Rare Keycard, you'll need to tackle 10 stages of the Outlaw Keycard tasks first. If you're already in possession of the Rare Keycard, you can breeze through most of the Midas Story Quests in a single session. Let's break down each quest:

Quest #1. Complete a Shadow Briefing to Earn Midas’ Trust

Your journey begins with a Shadow Briefing. You have multiple locations to choose from, so it doesn't matter which one you pick. First, you need to know where to find a SHADOW Briefing and how to complete it. On the Chapter 6 Season 2 map, SHADOW Briefings have specific spawn points, but they don't all appear every round. You'll need to check several spots to find one that's active on your map. Here are some key areas to explore:

  • Foxy Floodgate: On the right side of the bridge.
  • Seaport City: In the central area.
  • Demon’s Dojo: Near the left shack.
  • Canyon Crossing: To the south of this location.

Quest #2. Spend Bars in Black Markets to Bribe the Outlaws

Next up, you'll need to spend Gold Bars exclusively at Black Market locations. Gather your Gold Bars and make your way to any Black Market. Spending a total of 1,000 Gold Bars on items or weapons will fulfill this challenge. In Chapter 6 Season 2, there are three Black Markets you can visit:

Quest #5. Steal a Copy of the Mask-Making Book from the Mask Maker’s Hideout

Head to the northern part of Masked Meadows to find the Mask Maker’s Hideout in the sewers. Navigate the underground passages until you spot the Mask-Making Book. Interact with it to steal a copy and complete this stage.

Quest #6. Talk to Midas About the Zero Point Shard

For the final quest, make your way back to Midas, located at the Black Market near Rainbow Fields. Engage in a conversation with him to wrap up the "Wanted: Midas" questline. Each stage of this questline rewards you with 30,000 XP, totaling 180,000 XP upon completion. This substantial XP boost will help you progress through the Battle Pass tiers swiftly.
