Brok the Investigator is getting a Christmas-themed standalone release you can play now

Author : Scarlett Jan 05,2025

Brok the InvestiGator is getting a festive spin-off! This free, hour-long visual novel prequel, Brok Natal Tail Christmas, offers a heartwarming Christmas story, a departure from the main game's action-adventure style.

The game follows Graff and Ott as they navigate a twisted version of Christmas, "Natal Untail," in their world, Atlasia. Despite the corruption, they discover the true spirit of the season with Brok's help.

While short, this visual novel introduces Cowcat's new Brokvn Engine and explores a different genre. It's a free gift for fans, and a commendable attempt at genre diversification.

The only reason to skip it might be an aversion to visual novels. Otherwise, it's a low-risk, potentially enjoyable Christmas treat. If you enjoy this point-and-click adventure, consider exploring other titles like the intriguing Darkside Detective or relaxing with some of the best mobile games of 2024.
